I want to rephrase my question: Why can't I generate a Credit Memo on the road while using QB Essentials in my mobile device. When I am in my desktop computer using QB online essetials I can generate a Credit memo but not with my mobile device.

Not all features in the web version is available in the QBO mobile app. Creating a credit memo is one of them. You'll want to log in to your QBO account in the web version and create the credit memo from there.
