Why can't I print Credit Memos on the road using QB Online?

I want to rephrase my question: Why can't I generate a Credit Memo on the road while using QB Essentials in my mobile device. When I am in my desktop computer using QB online essetials I can generate a Credit memo but not with my mobile device.

Not all features in the web version is available in the QBO mobile app. Creating a credit memo is one of them. You'll want to log in to your QBO account in the web version and create the credit memo from there.

I'd also suggest sending feedback about this to our engineers. You can send it directly inside QBO. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
2. Type in your feedback and suggestions about the advertisements in QBO. 
3. Click Next to submit them. 

Feature requests and customer's feedback are all collected and reviewed for future updates.
