There could be unnecessary filters applied, preventing you from seeing everything assigned to you, Pool.

To double-check, refer to the steps below:

  1. Click Tasks in the left navigation panel.

  2. Select My tasks, then click the Filters button.
  3. Make sure no unnecessary filters are applied that could prevent you from viewing all content.

If you still can't see all assigned tasks, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-related issue. Start by logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private or incognito window. Depending on your browser, you can use the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once done, attempt to view your tasks.  If this resolves the problem, return to your default browser and clear its cache to refresh the system. Alternatively, you may use other supported browsers.

Additionally, I'll share this article to guide you in automating common tasks and reminders like reviewing invoices, collecting payments, and approving transactions: Use workflows to automate your business processes.
