There's a few possible causes as to why a subscription fee could change. For example, if you had a promotional discount, these will remain unaffected until the time your promotion expires.
It's also possible there were some recent pricing changes, or a change in your subscription type. If your plan is updated from EasyStart to Essentials, or Plus to Advanced, a price increase will occur.
You can check the account's current subscription details in your settings.
Here's how:
- Use the Gear icon.
- Go to Account and settings.
- Select Billing & subscription.
I'd also recommend checking your email for any communications from Intuit about changes to the subscription price.
If you're still unable to identify a reason for the change, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and discuss any billing changes with you.
