Having the ability to add a signature in printed an estimate is a great functionality, chucks.
While the feature is unavailable, you might want to consider using the DocuSign eSignature Connector by QuickBooks Online Advanced. With this option, you can print your estimate and have your customer sign it.
If you aren't subscribed to the Advanced version, I recommend following the steps in this article to upgrade your subscription: Upgrade or Downgrade your Plan.
Once done, you can now use DocuSign eSignature.
Alternatively, there are several apps that you can integrate with the other QBO versions. To find one, please follow the instructions below:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
- Go to the Apps menu, then Find apps.
- Search for an application from the field provided.
Once done, you can print the estimates and let your customer sign.
Also, I encourage you to add your vote to have this feature added by sending feedback. Our product development team reviews all the requests we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers.
Please feel free to get back to me here with any additional questions about your estimates. I always have your back. Thanks for dropping in, and cheers for more success
