There has been a good number of people aske that lately. And the answer from anyone and everyone working for QB is that it's running as it should, and is supposed to take forever and a day to load. (They have said 10 seconds is normal, without reading that some are having to wait a LOT longer than that).
Well, up until a few months ago, I've NEVER had QB lagging this bad, and NEVER had any function take 10 seconds to process, so doesn't make sense. Thanks for your input!

Since you're already using Chrome, ensure you are using the latest release by going to the Chrome menu and selecting Help, then About Google Chrome.

To ensure everything is all good, I recommend performing it one more time since QBO is a web browser and the performance depends on your device's processing power, memory (RAM), and internet connection.
