Buy nowHi! I appreciate you reaching out to us, @briannatsp. Let's continue with some troubleshooting steps about the browser problem you have encountered so you can get back to business seamlessly.
There are times when the browser retains out-of-date Internet files that may cause websites to run slow on your computer, just like QuickBooks Online.
I suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Online account in another browser or using a private browser. By doing so, the issues brought on by a full cache prohibit the cache from saving your browsing data.
You can utilize these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you are using.

If the steps above are still ineffective, you can check other supported browser as alternatives.
Please reply to me again if I can be of additional help with the browser problem. We'll always be here to assist. Have a great day!
Actually, @FateCandylaneT If you search through a few more threads, you'll see that they have supposedly opened an investigation, due to so many complaints about it running slow.

If you haven't yet, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team and referencing its case number (INV-77933). This assures you'll receive email notifications about any updates relating to its case.
They can be reached while you're signed in.
Here's how:
Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
I'll be here to help if there's any questions. Have a lovely day!
Thank you both for the info. I'll get on the affected users list. I'm really happy to hear that QB realizes its a bigger issue on their end.
