Why is Save greyed out when adding a new customer in QBO?

I am adding a customer (which I have done MANY times before) and "save" is greyed out. I have looked over everything 100 times and do not see anything missing or incomplete. What would be causing this to happen?

Why is Save greyed out when adding a new customer in QBO?

You can reenter your customer information, @hosbrook41.

If it doesn't work, it could be the problem is browser-related. I suggest performing some troubleshooting steps to fix this. The cache stored in your browser may be causing the issue. Let's start by accessing your account through an incognito browser.

You can use these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If this works, you’ll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. If not, try using other supported browsers.
