Try this-
If you're canceling your free trial:
- Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
- Select Billing & Subscription.
- Select Cancel your trial.
- Select Continue to cancel.
- Follow the steps on the screen.
- Select Submit and cancel subscription.
- Select Got it.
If you have a subscription:
- Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing and subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
- Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
- Follow the next steps.
- Select Submit and cancel subscription.
- Select Got it.
Once you're done, They'll send the account administrator an email that confirms they have canceled your subscription.
If that doesn't work, and you still need to talk to someone, all you can do is request a call back.
Follow these steps to do that.
1.Open your QuickBooks Account.
2. At the top right, click the Help (?) icon.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Under What can we help you with?, enter your concern.
5. Click Let's Talk.
6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page. Then, choose Get a callback.
7. Fill in the information. Then, click the Confirm my call button.
