Before doing so, please know that the QuickBooks Workforce app works wherever you do, whether you're in the office or out in the field. If you're the admin, you can add, edit, and delete scheduled shifts or publish updated schedules right from your phone. To view this schedule feature, follow the steps below:
- Open QuickBooks Workforce (formerly QuickBooks Time mobile app).
- You have a few view options:
- Today’s shift: Select Overview, and find the Schedule section.
- All assigned shifts: Select Schedule.
- Your group or the company shift schedule (depending on your view permissions or if you're not the company admin): In Schedule, select Full Schedule.
