When requesting a refund for a canceled QuickBooks account, we'll have to pull up your account. Since our phone support team has the only access to the tools that check accounts in a secure environment, I highly suggest contacting them. This way, they can further review your account and process the refund if needed. They can also help cancel your QuickBooks account completely.
