Amex card will not sync with quickbooks

Try logging into your Amex account and connecting to QBO from there, it's a weird connection in my experience. Also, Amex only allows the master cardholder to give third-party access to QBO. When I had issues with the transactions coming through, it was on the Amex side and not QBO.
