Anyone else have problems using the mobile deposit? Every time I have tried to use it I have to call tech support.

I understand it’s taking up much of your time to reach our support each time you work on mobile deposits. To help us provide an accurate response to your issue, could you let us know what specific error you encountered while processing the deposit?
 

In the meantime, I’ll share some information regarding the requirements and criteria for successfully processing a mobile deposit so you don’t need to contact support each time:
 

Here are the criteria:
 

  • Mobile check deposit is offered by QuickBooks Checking and is subject to eligibility criteria. Your QuickBooks Checking account must be active and in good standing. There are no fees to use mobile check deposit.
  • Funds typically take up to 5 business days to deposit. You’ll receive a notification when the money is in your account, and you can check your transaction history to confirm the deposit.
  • Ensure the check is in your name, endorsed by you, and drawn on a US bank account. Certain checks, such as third-party checks and foreign checks, are not accepted. Accepted checks include personal and business checks.

For requirements, check the following:
 

  • Sign the back of the check legibly in blue or black ink.
  • Write “For mobile deposit only” below your signature (required by Green Dot Bank).
  • Write “Deposit Complete” on the front of the check as a personal reminder.
  • Keep the check for 14 days in case we need it for verification or research. After that, you can shred it or store it for your records.
