Join nowThree problems with Bill Pay. 1) We cannot view an uploaded bill attached to the vendor, see screenshot. 2) Every time I pay a bill electronically, I get kicked out the app. 3) When we add a bill to a month that has been “Closed”, the approver cannot approve the bill. We have to unlock the month, delete the bill, and then re-add for the approval to function to work. I don’t understand why an approver should be able to approve bill whether the period is locked or unlocked? These issues occur whether using the App or Web access.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Mohawk81.

Next, verify your version of the Windows app by going to the Help menu and selecting About QuickBooks (1.24.2). If you continue to get the same result, it's best to contact our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team for further investigation. They have the necessary tools to identify the underlying cause and will assist you in applying the permanent resolution.
