Can I remove my address from payment link?

We understand your need to keep your company address private on the payment link, Tracey.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the company address appears by default in the merchant details on payment links. While the option to remove the address is unsupported in the program, we encourage you to submit your suggestions and concerns by leveraging the Send Feedback option.

It is the most effective way to communicate with our Product development team, as they regularly review these submissions to guide future updates.

To send your input, here's how:

1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Gear icon located at the top-right corner of your screen.
3. Under the Profile section, select Feedback.
4. Type in your suggestions and then click on Next.
