You can check your email, as QuickBooks sends notifications explaining why customer payments haven't been deposited into your account or if any action is needed on your end.
If you didn’t find one, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support team to securely check your account and ensure the payment is deposited correctly. Here's how:
- Navigate to the Help icon.
- In the Search tab, click Contact Us.
- Enter your concerns and select Continue.
- Choose a way to connect with us.
