You can sign up for a QuickBooks Payments account and connect it to your QuickBooks Desktop account. With QuickBooks Payments, you can process customers' credit card payments for invoices and in-person sales.
If you're ready to sign up for QuickBooks Payments through QuickBooks Desktop, you can go to the Customers menu and select Add Credit Card Processing. Then, follow the onscreen instruction and fill out the form to apply.
