Credit Card Receipt

Let me guide you on the right path about printing credit card receipts.

The receipt’s address is pulled from what’s entered in your Merchant account. Currently, this feature is designed to only accept the business or physical addresses.

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what you’re looking for since product improvements also come from customers’ ideas. Rest assured once there’s an update, I’ll keep you posted.

I would also like this feature. I do not ordinarily use my physical address on any customer-facing information, including receipts. I am a service business, and all my work is done on location. Please add the ability to select the business mailing address instead of the physical address for GoPayment receipts. Thank you!

I would like to use my PO Box for credit card receipts, as well. I am a mobile company that performs work on-site so my office is also my home.

We would also like to be able to print our mailing address on receipts since we don't use the physical address for any customer correspondence. (It's a home)

Not being able to could create an invasion of privacy issue.
