Join nowWhere you would normally see the field instead it says "Where does this payment go?" I have only seen it on videos of QB. I had QBD 2016 and just upgraded to 2022 and the field is still not there for me to select from.
Let me guide you delete the received payments in QuickBooks Desktop, @tesoroPV.
To start, open the Customer payment window on the screen. On the top toolbar, you should see a delete button. If you get a warning saying you must delete it from the deposit first, you will need to delete the payment from the deposit first. Then click the save and close button. After, delete the payment.
Additionally, to view the deposit payment for the said invoice:
After deleting the deposit, it will open the invoice again.

Also, my other issue was resolved by going into the company payment preferences tab and unchecking the box for "Use Undeposited Funds as a default deposit to account". Now I have the options I was looking for when depositing received payments.
