I am here to guide you on locating the “display name as” and “print on” in your Customer’s details.
To do that:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- At the left panel of your screen, select Sales.
- Then choose Customers.
- Pick the customer that you want to reconfigure.
- Click on the Edit tab located beside the New Transaction tab.
- Type in the Customer display name the information you want.
- In the same section, you can see the Name to print on Checks. There you can also decide on what information to put.
- Once done, tap Save.
