Customers Not Showing Up in Dropdown

Thank you for posting your concern about managing your customer’s information using QuickBooks Online (QBO) here in the community, Kevin.

I am here to guide you on locating the “display name as” and “print on” in your Customer’s details.

To do that:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. At the left panel of your screen, select Sales.
  3. Then choose Customers.
  4. Pick the customer that you want to reconfigure.
  5. Click on the Edit tab located beside the New Transaction tab.
  6. Type in the Customer display name the information you want.
  7. In the same section, you can see the Name to print on Checks. There you can also decide on what information to put.
  8. Once done, tap Save.
