Join nowMy customers want to use their card as a credit (no pin) but the POS pad is reading it as debit and requiring a pin. Using POS 19 they do not seem to be able to bypass the pin to run as credit. I need to be able to use the card the way the customer wants. What can I do?
Thanks for sharing your concern with us, normPT.
