We can merge them in QuickBooks, Scottmc0113.
To combine two vendor accounts, just follow these steps:
- Click Vendors at the top, and then select Vendor Center.
- Right-click the name of the vendor that you would like to keep, and then select Edit Vendor.
- Take note or copy the name of the vendor.
- Return to the Vendor Center by selecting Cancel.
- Right-click the name of the vendor that you would like to merge, and then select Edit Vendor.
- Replace the vendor name with the one you took note of or copied, and then select OK.
- A prompt will appear, select Yes to proceed with the merge.
