Join nowI have currently spent 10 hours in chats and on the phone with Quickbooks tech support trying to get direct deposit set up. I was supposed to get a call back this morning from the higher tier tech support. No one has called. I call in to tech support and am hold.
Any ideas on how to get in touch with the upper tiers of tech support.
I realize that expecting a call back is silly.

Next, you can connect the bank account. You may be able to connect it instantly through Instant Bank Verification. This enables you to use direct deposit for your team right away.

After connecting your account, you'll see one of the following messages:
If you weren't able to connect your account instantly, Intuit pings it with a test debit of less than $1.00. It can take up to 2 business days before you see our debit. You can review our Verify your bank account for payroll article for more information on this process.
In the event Intuit's test debit gets rejected for some reason, or you need some type of assistance with this process, I'd recommend continuing to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and discuss what needs to happen next.
