It has been several years since Intuit made the decision to implement batched payment deposits, and many users continue to express significant frustration over this change. The transition has complicated bookkeeping processes, adding unnecessary steps that disrupt the efficiency of a once seamless and nearly automatic function.
Users are struggling with the inability to easily match payments to individual invoices, which has led to confusion and errors in their accounting records. Many feel that Intuit is prioritizing cost savings over user satisfaction, neglecting the widespread dissatisfaction among its customers.

@AliN Isn't it insane that the response on here from Quickbooks employees is just "Thanks for taking your time to come to this Quickbooks forum and submitting your feedback to Quickbooks. As Qiockbooks employees, we are not going to make sure your concerns get to anyone in Quickbooks who can help, so why don't you go submit your feedback to Quickbooks by a different process that will in no way confirm that it has been received or read by any human at Quickbooks?"
The lack of any real communication from supervisors or the Intuit developing team is truly astonishing.
