Do I need a third party to accept cc payments on my website?

my business is 100% online which means customers pay whatever they have in their card at once. I've been calling QB for 3 days already asking how to connect QB with my website to receive payments online. they ask me for my merchant ID and tell me I am set up but being set up doesn't mean that if I charge today will get that in my bank acc through QB. what kind of connector I need?

Thank you for reaching out to us, Morphos506.

In QuickBooks Online, we can search for a 3rd party application at apps.intuit.com since the payment link is through an invoice sent to customers through Quickbooks payment.

If you need any further assistance via phone you can reach our QuickBooks Online Customer Support team

Here's how:

1. Select  Help option.

2. Click Contact Us.

3. Provide  Support in the field.

@Morphos506

What kind of business do you run?

Do you have a webstore on your website?

On which platform did you build your website?

You may need a 3rd party app or connector to accept credit card payments later.

Accepting payments on your website is possible, but you need an addon that connects to your Quickbooks. Quickbooks does not currently support a link on your website for customers to view invoices or make payment on its own.

The tool we use to make this possible is called Bill & Pay, and we'll be happy to demo if for you. Just click below and we'll set up a time!
