I'm here to answer your query with regard to credit card readers.
The card reader helps you accept invoice payments by credit card or ACH bank transfer. With that, you don't need a card reader for each customer. The same thing goes if your employee is also your customer.

Keep me posted whenever you have concerns about processing payments.
Hi, thanks for the response but what I am asking is if I have 4 employees, do I get a card reader for each one?
Thanks for getting back here, @Twinsmom07. I'll share additional information about the credit card reader in QuickBooks.

I am working with card readers as well for remote staff. Obviously, I am not going to give them my login information. So is there a way to create accounts for them to take payments? Or, is the card reader designed to only work when the owner of the business logs into their account. This would essentially prevent staff from using the card readers.
