Recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online Essentials and Plus you can create a scheduled transaction. It creates a series of transactions according to the schedule you set. If you choose for them to be sent via email once created, they will be sent automatically. It is only applicable to those transactions with a fixed schedule and amounts that don't change.

What kind of business do you run? A field service? QB Online doesn't have the scheduling feature. You will need another app to intergate with it.
