As seen in the picture attached, our fax number is cut off on our header on all packing slips. This is a screen shot of the preview so we do not believe it's a printer mistake. This same issue does not show up on our emailed invoices. Any ideas on how to fix this?
We can run the QuickBooks Print Repair Tool from the QuickBooks Tool Hub to help resolve printing transactions problems. I'll show you how:
We recommend you download the most recent version (184.108.40.206) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop). Note: If you've already installed Tool Hub before, you can find out which version you have. Select the Home tab. The version will be displayed on the bottom right or you can select About to view the version.
Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
Thanks for getting back to us and I appreciate that you want to download QuickBooks Tool Hub, @caplus.
Currently, there isn't a QuickBooks Tool Hub that supports QBDT Mac. For now, it's only available using QuickBooks Windows and that's the reason why you can't open the file.
Since the steps shared by my colleague is for QuickBooks Windows, let me share other troubleshooting steps to fix the cut-off on the packing slip. To get started, you can adjust the margin of your printer settings.
Open the packing slip then select the Print icon.
Click Options or Margins to choose your alignment.
Also, you can try verifying and rebuilding your QuickBooks software to fix common data issues and unexpected behavior within your company file.
Before you proceed with the troubleshooting, please secure a backup of your company. Once done, you can now start to verify and rebuild your QuickBooks.
