As seen in the picture attached, our fax number is cut off on our header on all packing slips. This is a screen shot of the preview so we do not believe it's a printer mistake. This same issue does not show up on our emailed invoices. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Is there a QB Tool Hub file that can be supported on Macs? This file will not work as it is a Windows file.
I use QB for Mac, is there a Tool Hub download that is compatible for Macs? My computer cannot open this file.

Currently, there isn't a QuickBooks Tool Hub that supports QBDT Mac. For now, it's only available using QuickBooks Windows and that's the reason why you can't open the file.
Since the steps shared by my colleague is for QuickBooks Windows, let me share other troubleshooting steps to fix the cut-off on the packing slip. To get started, you can adjust the margin of your printer settings.
Also, you can try verifying and rebuilding your QuickBooks software to fix common data issues and unexpected behavior within your company file.
Before you proceed with the troubleshooting, please secure a backup of your company. Once done, you can now start to verify and rebuild your QuickBooks.
