Hi,
A client of mine paid his invoice thru ACH, and i was charged 3%.
Can you please advise why this happened?

The standard fee for QuickBooks ACH payments is around 1% of the transaction amount, often with a cap per transaction, depending on the specific payment pricing on the account.
Since you mentioned that your client paid his invoice through ACH and you were charged 3%, I recommend contacting our Payments Support team so they can review your merchant pricing and that specific transaction in detail.
