Fees for online payments

Hello @MJS8, I am happy to provide you with some information about ACH payments and processing fees in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QuickBooks Payments charges a fee each time you process a transaction. This fee varies depending on how the transaction is processed. If the card is swiped, the fee is 2.4%. If the transaction is invoiced, the fee is 2.9%. For transactions that are keyed, the fee is 3.4%. ACH payments have a charge of a 1% fee (with a maximum of $10) on each transaction.

How do I talk to someone about the possibility of lowered fees.  I am speaking with a processing companies that tells me they can lower fees to 2% or less.  I like convenience of processing thru QB but that is a huge savings
