Hard to get response and resolve the issue

I have spent 20+ hours communicating with dozens of QuickBooks online and payroll agents and opened 4 cases. Unfortunately, they closed without resolving the issue, and no one bothered to provide a status.

 

The issue is that Quickbooks kept withdrawing money from my bank account and not paying taxes to Texas Workforce Commission. 

 

I am sharing the case numbers here since I could not find any resolution from the Quickbooks agent. It seems there is no accountability whatsoever. I have never experienced this type of unprofessional service.

Why am I sharing? -- hoping there will be at least one responsible person in the organization and dig into the issue I have been experiencing 

 

I do not understand why it is so difficult to resolve a simple issue, which should not even take a few mins to resolve, and I question myself why I am even paying a subscription fee for this kind of service. I am stuck for the year, and I have no clue when they will refund the money they withdrew from my bank account. Is this a scam? Can anyone advise? What would be the best way to handle this? Please suggest

Did you ever get a resolution to your problem?  I have tried to get a callback from QuickBooks three times today and the message said they would call me within four minutes and never did call. I am very unhappy at the moment.

Did you ever get a resolution to your problem? I have tried to call QuickBooks payroll three times today for an issue all three times. The message said I was next in line but I never received any callbacks.  I’m very disappointed at the moment!

Sometimes, callbacks can get delayed or missed due to high call volumes or technical issues. I recommend contacting our Live Support team again using the steps below to ensure a smooth experience.

  1. Inside QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Help menu.
  2. Select the Search option and type "contact support".
  3. Choose the Contact Us tab at the bottom.
  4. Enter the question, keyword, or topic you need help with.
