Have not received payment from Quick books payment

Hello there, jnjwindow.

 

If this is your first time depositing, please be advised that we will process and deposit your payments within five business days after receiving them. It may also take a bit longer while we set up your account, which could result in a slight delay. You can follow these steps to check your current deposit speed:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account and go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. In the Payments tab, review the Deposit Speed section.

 

However, some banks might hold the money that we deposit for some reason. If this is the case, you can check with your bank to determine if there are any additional steps that you need to take.

 

Still, I highly recommend contacting our Payment Support Team for further guidance regarding the payment. They are always ready to assist and give you accurate details about this.

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Help icon.
  3. In the Search tab, select Contact Us.
