Hello, I need help completing a customer's payment because I've been waiting for the transaction to complete for 9 days. Thank you.

Hi, solangefeliz07. I've got the help you need to complete a customer's payment transaction.

If you're referring to the depositing time of those payments, we'll deposit your funds within five business days after your first transaction. It may take a little longer while we set up your account. Once everything is set up, we'll process customer payments faster.

We process Standard deposits every day except for Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. While Instant Deposits are processed every day of the year with no exceptions. Thus, I recommend checking your deposit speed in the Merchant Service Center. It keeps a complete record of your payment activity from all of your QuickBooks products. You can check the status of all your processed payments by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and then Deposits.
  3. Select the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Click Search.

For more insights about the deposit funding time in QuickBooks Solopreneur, here's an article you can read: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

If you haven't received the funds in the allocated time, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Live QuickBooks Payments Support team so they can help check the status and trace them to complete your payments.

Moreover, consider checking out this article to check if the payments are on hold: Learn about funds on hold in QuickBooks Payments.
