Help with changing bank account # and phone number
I use Intuit GoPayment. I cannot change the bank account number my payments go to, and cannot change my phone # on file, because a confirmation code needs to be sent to a number that is on file but cannot receive robo-calls. The phone number that needs to be changed goes to a menu system and robo-call won't select in the menu. How can I receive confirmation code in another way that is not by phone call?

There are two ways on how you can receive a code when changing any of your account's information. This is through a text or a call. In order to have these options visible, it'd be best to access your account using a browser instead of the mobile app or GoPayments. This way, you'll be able to see a bigger picture of the account information page.
