I use Quickbooks Premier Retail Edition 2013 and want to give my bookkeeper access to pay bills with checks, but I don't want her to see Ending Balance. Is it a possibility to hide Ending Balance? See attached.
Thanks!

Hi, @greatscott90. Thanks for taking the time to write your concern here. Allow me to share some information.
The option to hide the Ending Balance is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). That said, your bookkeeper would be able to see it once you give him/her access to pay bills with checks.

I have to have the ending balance hid. I do not want my secretaries to see the balance, it's none of their business.
Did you every figure this out. I was on the phone with Quickbooks yesterday for 2.5 hours and they cannot figure out how to do it.
