There isn't an option to have a signed copy of the Merchant Agreement in QuickBooks Self Employed. However, you can check for the terms and agreement of Merchant Services digitally, please refer to this article for future reference: Intuit Payments Merchant Agreement.
When signing up for online payments, you'll have to wait up to 3 business days for an email notification if it's approved or not. If you haven't received an email, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Payments to check your application status.
