How can you opt out of ACH fees?

Hi there, @julie137. Let me share with you some insights about ACH fees in QuickBooks.

If you use QuickBooks Payments, there's a processing fee to take payments from QuickBooks.

Starting April 12, 2021, bank transfer (ACH) payments will be charged a 1% transaction fee (max$10) per transaction. There will be no charges for credit card or debit card payments. They will be still deposited at current rates.

Payments that are processed before 3:00 PM PT (Pacific Time) will arrive at your bank the next business day. Later payments will arrive the following business day.

This recent update aids our user and their customer process their payments instantly to their bank. We know how important cash flow is to your business, and we make sure to respond to our merchant’s consistent feedback.

If you have further queries, you contact our support team.

Also, I've added these articles for more insights about ACH payments.

Keep me posted if you have further concerns with QuickBooks. I'll be around to guide you. Stay safe and have a good one.
