In this, you may want to contact our Merchant Support to look through your account securely and enable them to see if the option is available on your end.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to Help.
- Choose the Search tab and then click on Contact Us.
- Please put in a brief description of your concern, and then hit Let's talk.
- Select Callback from the option.
- Enter your contact information and click Get a call.
