Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! This isn't the way we want you to feel! I have a solution, however! Here is how to cancel that QuickBooks Online Payment Plan:
- Sign in to the Merchant Service Center as an admin user.
- Choose the Account tab and then Account Profile.
- Hit Close Account.
- Add a reason or any comments you'd like to share in the Reason for closing dropdown.
- Select Submit.
From there, we will process your request, and within one business day, you should receive an email from us confirming this!
