How do I dispute a charge

I can understand how crucial it is to track all the charges within your account, @ftradition1. Let me provide the steps for contacting our support team in QuickBooks Online.

 

I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team as they have the necessary resources to investigate the charge on your card and provide an explanation for it.

 

Please see the steps below:

 

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the? Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose to Have us call you to connect with us.

 

Remember, the support team is available Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM Pacific.
