QuickBooks Online (QBO) autopay for recurring invoices follows a specific schedule, poo.
Auto payments are deducted on:
- 3 days before the invoice due date.
- Immediately if it's less than 3 days. If an invoice is due on receipt.
- As soon as the invoice is created using the recurring template, it is due upon receipt.
You can confirm Autopay is set up by checking the Autopay Scheduled status under the Invoice Activity section.
Here’s how:
- Go to the Invoices section.
- Find the specific invoice .
- Click on the invoice's status to open the Activity Tracker panel.
- Look for an Autopay Scheduled status under the Invoice activity section.
