How do I receive payments on quickbooks online?

The approximate wait time for credit card payments to be transferred to your bank would take 5-7 banking days, while ACH deposits may take 7-10 business days. 

The waiting period known as the time to funding varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, which financial institution you choose for your transactions to be deposited in, and how long it takes your bank to verify and process the electric deposit. 

However, if this is your first time using QuickBooks Payments, we'll deposit your first set of payments within five (5) business days. This might take a bit longer since we are still setting up your account. Please be assured that succeeding payments will be deposited quicker once the process is completed.

Meanwhile, you can track your transactions through the Merchant Service Center:

1. Log in to your Merchant Service account.
2. Click Activity & Reports and select Deposits.
3. Use the Date fields to filter the data.

The money could be located in your quickbooks bank account which you then have to transfer to your preferred bank account. I’ve never had to confirm receiving a payment.
