How do we show cash, check, Paypal and Stripe payments as received into our quickbooks account?

Hello there, @crgsports.

 

You have two options to show payments as received in QuickBooks. If your customer gives you an immediate payment, you can record a sales receipt. For a deferred payment, create an invoice first to enter the sale. Once you received the customer's payment, record it against that invoice.

 

You can use the sales receipt to show the cash and check payments while entering the invoice and receive payment for transactions sync from PayPal and Stripe. Additionally, if you'll use PayPal or Stripe, the invoice payments should be posted to Undeposited Funds. This way, when you sync the app, you can match the transactions with the payments recorded in QuickBooks.
