Buy nowHow does Quick Books get paid for credit card payments I accept from my customers?
They amount I charged the credit card for was deposited into my checking account. How will Quick Books collect their fee from me?

QuickBooks Payments processing fees are collected from your bank account on file.
I've also included a detailed resource about processing fees which may come in handy moving forward: What are the fees for QuickBooks Payments?
I'll be here to help if there's any additional questions. Have an awesome day!
How often are the fees collected and is there any backup sent to us to know where the fees are coming from? Thank you.
The fees for ACH payments and processing depend on the method of payment used, Max deb. I'll share further details on this matter.
QuickBooks charges a fee for every transaction when processing payments. The amount of the fee varies depending on how the payment is made. When a payment is swiped, the fee is 2.5%. For invoiced payments, it's 2.9%, and for keyed-in payments, it's 3.5%. Additionally, there is a 1% fee for ACH transactions.3
Also, QuickBooks doesn't send a separate backup for fees. Instead, these fees are itemized on your monthly statement, which you can access through the Merchant Service Center. This will give you a clear picture of the fees being charged and their sources for each transaction processed through QuickBooks Payments.
