I accidentally purchased Quickbooks Online when I meant to purchase Quickbooks Self-Employed. I cannot reach the sales team during their normal business hours to dispute.

I accidentally purchased Quickbooks Online when I meant to purchase Quickbooks Self-Employed. I cannot reach the sales team during their normal business hours to dispute.

Call and ask Intuit directly to cancel it. They have to check your billing status prior to do avything. Consider open a new QBSE account prior to call them. You may also ask them to call back.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
