I accidentally recorded a deposit rather than a check. How do I fix it? I'm using QBO enterprise.

You'll want to delete the deposit and create the check.

 

If you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO), here's how you can delete the bank deposit:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, and then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find the bank account you put the deposit into and select View register.
  3. Look for the bank deposit and select it to get more details.
  4. Click Delete and Yes to confirm.

 

Once done, create and record the checks in QBO.
