I would think I would be able to connect since Kabbage is now owned and under Amex. Any other suggestions? I have done everything else you suggested. Thanks

Before anything else, know that I appreciate you for performing the steps provided by the previous representative above. I can see that you're still unable to link the Checking account to your QBO company. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team.
