QuickBooks is unable to process online payments unless you subscribe to a QuickBooks Payment account. You can check this article for figures and for detailed information: Connect your Payments account to QuickBooks Online.
Since you haven't set up to take payment from your customer, it could be that you're referring transactions from the Banking page. If so, QuickBooks downloads bank data. This happened when your bank account is connected to the program.
Your bank transactions need to be categorized or matched to keep them organized. It tries to find a match with any QuickBooks transactions already entered. If you agree with the match information shown in the row, click the Match button. This will match with the existing QuickBooks transaction.

Hi cole5,
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the transactions you had the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
