I had two invoices paid in QuickBooks. One was deposited in my account almost immediately but I am still waiting on the other one. Why is it taking so long?

Hello @Knkwardmarketing,

If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, please note that your initial batch of payments will be deposited within five business days as we complete your account setup. After that, future customer payments will be deposited much faster.

Deposit timing varies based on the product you use and the payment type. Standard deposits are processed daily except on Sundays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Instant deposits, however, are processed daily without exceptions.
 

To check the status of your processed payments:
 

  1. Go to My apps, then select Sales & Get Paid.
  2. Click on QuickBooks payouts.
  3. Select the bank deposit you'd like to review.
