Hello @9130350810400756,
In QuickBooks Online, you do not need to create bills the entry balances included your prepaid expenses account. Creating bills would only result in a double-entry of expenses that you wanted to connect and fix.
But if you wish to track your expenses by creating bills, it is recommended to delete the entry balance of your prepaid expense account before creating your transactions.
However, I'd still recommend contacting your accountant for guidance in connecting your expenses and bill. If you haven't' yet, here's a link you can use to find a bookkeeper based on your location: Find an accountant or bookkeeper near you.
On top of that, I've also included this reference helpful with the resources needed while working with your vendor transactions: Manage your money out payments in QuickBooks Online.
